Rachael Named 2008 Kerrville Folk Festival "New Folk" Finalist

Rachael has been named one of the 32 finalists in the prestigious 2008 Kerrville Folk Festival “New Folk” competition! Selected from 800 entrants, she will perform 2 songs at the festival on Saturday, May 24 on Day 1 of the competition. If she is selected one of the 6 “New Folk” winners, she will be invited to perform the following weekend on the Kerrville main stage.
Rachael To Join Nellie McKay & Others @ Symphony Space

On Monday, March 31 at 7:30 pm Rachael will join Nellie McKay, Jenny Bruce, Clinton Curtis, Megan Fogarty, Liana Stampur, and Lucy Woodward in the inaugural “Voices For Change” concert to benefit the NYCLU at Symphony Space. “Voices for Change” aims to honor and encourage the long-standing link between music and social change, and will celebrate, protect and put into practice the principles of free expression in support of the New York Civil Liberties Union.
